"Bought as a gift - tried it out before handing over and it heated up no problem but was only a little warm - less so than I was expecting. Nevertheless, it was gratefully received and worn. Fabric soft and length of scarf good so no issue with quality."

"The scarf gives a gentle heat from a central pad and heats up fairly quickly. It can be worn round the neck with the pad at the back, over the head to keep the ears warm, or round the waist with the pad over the lower back. There are two hand pockets at the ends and two zipped pockets, one holding the battery pack. Heat packs can be placed in these zipped pockets, to warm the hand pockets."

"This was a gift but I saw it opened and the recipient (who uses a mobility scooter) was delighted. The scarf feels very soft (I was worried about wires being uncomfortable), the pockets for keeping hands warm are a good idea and there's also a little zip pocket (suitable for keys & cards) which I think will be very useful."

"This product is very dangerous! The first time I switched it on, I heard a fizzing sound, and smelt burning. I switched-off, and checked the batteries were in correctly - they were. I switched it on again, with the battery compartment open. I saw the spring at the base of one of the batteries glow orange! I switched-off and removed the batteries. The spring, and another spring, retained the compressed state they had when the batteries were inserted - it seems that the glowing had actually melted the springs, and welded them in this state. This is a dangerous fault for any product, and especially for a product that is worn on the body. Please warn other customers, and the manufacturer of this product, of its danger. I hope to be in touch to arrange for the collection of the item from me, and a refund."

"This product is plain rubbish. It takes ages to achieve lukewarm state, and the batteries don't last long. You might expect a scarf to warm the back of the neck, but this doesn't. The two heated sections are near the ends of the scarf. All in all I'd say it's completely useless."
