"Fast efficient delivery, good packaging but no advice or instruction leaflet. Shortly after the clock had been set going the hour hand on one of the faces was hanging loose. The clock on the other face works perfectly. I really wanted a double sided clock so that I could read the time from both sides, unfortunately I can only tell what hour it is on one side."
