"I have bought 2 scarers. One failed after just over 2 weeks of use, the other starting to flash continually after a week. They do seem to be effective when functioning correctly."

"Aanvankelijk leek het apparaat goed te werken, maar na enkele dagen al slaat het te pas en vooral te onpas aan, d.w.z. wanneer er totaal geen beweging te detecteren valt. Een vervangend en goed apparaat zou welkom zijn."

"Katten blijven gewoon rondlopen door onze tuin, gaan naast de kattenverjager zitten. Het helpt dus helemaal niets. Verkeerd instellen is volgens ons niet mogelijk."

"Beide apparaten werken niet. De sensoren zijn stuk. Deze werken constant en gaan niet op beweging, daarom kan de zonnecel het niet bijhouden en valt het apparaat uit."

"Still waiting for Primrose to give me a returns ref. number in reply to my e mail. The instruction leaflet says allow 28 days to work. If it does not work from day one, then it is useless. Cats were still fouling my lawn from the first day of operation."

"I sill have cat poo in my garden. Either the product is not working or it's just absolutely useless I don't know. It's supposed t to stop cats dogs and foxes however I took my friends dog near the product as soon as I bought it and the dog just snifter it."

"I had to open the battery compartment to fit the battery in the battery holder and access is very restricted and with the slightest movement battery comes out of the holder that explains why it was loose. Instruction leaflet is very poor. Tried the unit for over a week but no good. Did not stop fouling."
