"The product is in line with its description and it seems to be working fine although difficult to evaluate its robustness only in a few days. Only problem was the wrong indication about the drill. The hole should be 14 mm and not 12 mm as indicated in the instructions since plugs are 14mm wide. I prefered using different plugs and bolts for my second awning since the ones provided do not stick well into drill holes when fastening bolts."
