"Hose fitment to the wall tap were crossed threaded, remainder worked to the manufacturers specifications. Outside blind subject to a slack edge on one side which will be hopefully corrected by the fitter shortly"

"The product could be improved by having better fixing system for the brackets. The bolts supplied did not work for me, they were difficult to insert and would not tighten into the engineering brick. In the end I gave up and used my own method. Which made the job quicker and easier. Once installed the product is great and is very well made. It would be helpful if the winding handle could be adjusted for a awning installed a lower height."

"Awning is great but instructions are not! They tell you to use a 14mm drill but the bolts are 12mm and we now have drill holes that we couldn't use, plus the wasted time involved before we noticed the problem."
