"good quality product - diagrams of fixing bolt use could be clearer. Had to request extra bolts ............diagram with 2nd pack of bolts was incorrect. Very helpful staff in dealing with my queries"

"I am delighted with my awning. It looks great and really makes a difference to my enjoyment of my patio! It has started squeaking when I wind it in though, so I think I am going to need to oil it somewhere."
