"Having fixed the heavy steel brackets to the wall and then offered the cassette up to bolt it in place, I found one of the brackets wasn,t wide enough to fit the fixing bracket and had to be taken down again and bashed open to fit. The holes in the two additional winding eyes supplied to level the blind weren,t large enough to fit the peg on which they were supposed to fit, and I had to ream them out with a drill. I think this was due to the chrome plating done after manufacture. I never did manage to get the two spring clips supplied to secure these eyes to fit, and abandoned them in favour of a nut and bolt. The manufacturers should surely check that the parts actually do fit together before sale!!!. Disappointing."
