"Le produit correspond à peu près au résultat attendu d'un point de vue esthétique mais j'ai été déçu par les matériaux utilisés ! Au lieu d'une jardinière en zinc, j'ai une jardinière en acier galvannisé avec un nappage en zinc ce qui n'est pas la même chose ! Je doute donc fortement de la pérennité de mes jardinières dans le temps car le nappage zinc va s'effriter ce qui est déjà le cas à l'issue de la livraison (impacts et zinc craquelé). Et selon la notice, Primrose n'est pas responsable si le zinc s'effrite !!"

"Felt that the planters represent excellent value for money. I bought 2 planters of a very similar quality in the past summer ,I have to say they cost treble the price and to be honest I cannot see any difference in quality of finish or the thickness of material used. Obviously if I need anymore zinc planters ,Primrose will be my first port of call. Walleejay"

"Brilliant concept - material not strong enough? Both troughs damaged somewhere in transit. Packing not sufficient to withstand knocks + thin material = bad visible damage. Very good after sales service sorting out problem."
