"There was a screw missing from the bracket. You charged £84.99 from your website, yet you supply the same item via Amazon for £39.99???? I though I had a good deal, as it was also the 2nd one I purchased from you. Recommended Primrose to a friend. He has purchased the same Item from Amazon for half the price and it is not a sale price????"

"First time of using, followed instructions watched videos.. and two arms broke. Seemed weak at the break, gutted as it was to protect an under 7's football team. Will attempt to email primrose tomorrow and hope they can help...."
