"One of the fencing panels was faulty. It had an end upright missing which made securing it near impossible. We had to fix it at the next upright along so it did not match the other fencing panels"

"Ordered both 4'6 and 3' panels. Whilst the smaller 3' panel appeared to be reasonably well made for the price the larger panels were made of less sturdy material and one was damaged on arrival. After speaking with customer service and agreeing a course of action I returned the panels with the delivery driver for a refund as they were not of the workmanship I was expecting. The refund was much slower and considerably less than I expected, after numerous emails and phone calls I finally got most of my money back, what annoyed me was the attitude of the customer service manager. Buyer beware, spend more on a quality product as the larger panels are flimsy and won't last in my opinion."
