"very thin willow pieces broken off"

"3 out of 4 were good, 4th one was in such bad condition I had to refuse delivery of it......I am still waiting for a replacment.....very very poor service I had my gardener booked in and he has been unable to finish the job, and will have to come back,....Gardeners are like gold dust at this time of the year!! I am very dissapointed with your service E Kershaw"
