"The product is useless as a screen it has bigger gaps in it than the fence and looks nothing like the picture on the website. Only useful as a decoration."

"The quality particularly one of the two was priority had been puckered up in the machine and had clumps of willow and could not be pulled straight. The screening was then sloping at one end unfortunately being a 70 year old I did not have the strength to take it down and return it. Very disappointed."

"poor quality willows -some very thin i.e. matchstick diameter,and not well secured ,that is some came away from the roll as it was unrolled. The roll was very green(moist) and was difficult to trim. The binding wire was not very tight which gave rise to additional disconnection of the willows.the end of roll wires were not finished and gave rise to dangerous 'sharps'. I have previously purchased similar products from Primrose and was well impressed ,but this last item was dissappointing and I would not recommend it to anyone."
