"The awning arrived in excellent condition. There was a delay in putting it up as I had to order a pair of spreader signpost brackets, due the confines of my site. It went up in 2 hours with me, my fitter and a friend for the final lift. It worked first time, all we had to do was to reduce the tilt of the awning, which again worked fine."

"Very pleased with my purchase of a 3m full cassette awning took 2hrs to fit with some help to lift into the substantial brackets supplied. Just one small niggle the bracket location should be made more obvious in the instructions and not just left to two small red arrows located on the bottom of the cassette. The product seems very well made and would highly recommend."

"mauvaise qualité de la peinture (rayures, cloques), vis d'expansion de mauvaises qualité. manuel d'instructions de montage est à revoir; contient des incohérences(le texte dit de percer à 90mm et le schéma à 80mm etc...). Les traductions ne sont pas homogènes et parfois fausses. La manivelle devrait être règlable en longueur, et sa partie fixe devrait être de biais car il faut manipuler avec la manivelle à la verticale !!"

"Fabulous awning, easy to install. Initially unwinding/winding it in was quite difficult but eased considerably after using it for just a couple of days . Very pleased with it - would recommend this awning without any hesitation. Just wish l'd bought one earlier."
