"Pity the instructions didn't say turn the candles off on the base of each one before you leave them not used. Used ours twice over Christmas and when we went to turn them on the other day we had to replace the batteries. 9 batteries for 3 candles, not brilliant. They are lovely when using them though. Not sure it outweighs the 9 batteries and the fiddle of turning off 3 candles. it off-putting."

"I was a little disapointed that one of the candles didn't work, I e-mailed primrose who mailed me back and sent a new set of three in the post straight away as I received my replacements very quick. It hasn't put me of ordering anything in the future, I think it was just a one of. "
