"The water feature is truly a delight, to sit and listen to running water without the mess/hassle of a pond. The delivery was fantastic 2 days (from a Sunday order day) the only let down was when I needed to know what size fuse to put in the plug and your customer service people didn't know the answer and said they would ring me back the next day with the answer as everyone had gone home for the evening, they did not ring back. We manage by a process of elimination that a 3amp would be ok (as it didn't blow the fuse box) other than that all is fine, thank you"
