"I have had this item less than 1 month and it is already showing signs of rust. I can't imagine what it will be like after a winter. I am going to get in touch separately and ask for a refund."

"Not really satisfactory. There are 8 important screws for the item and 4 do not fit. We have notified Primrose, whose response has been excellent, but we have not yet received the replacement screws."
