"Pleased with the end product. Installation did not go well at first but that was down to my measurements. Once the brackets were in the correct location the actual awning went up easily. I did think that the instructions could have been clearer; for instance Step 2, paragraph 1. did not make sense to me and still does not - it mentions a 'torsion bar' but there is no reference to this anywhere else. I drilled the bracket holes 20cm above the door opening but the door fouls on the support bar when the awning is more than half extended. I presume now that the diagram meant the the bottom of the brackets should be 20cm. My neighbour, (a builder) had pointed out that these properties are built with cored bricks and depending on the position of the drill hole, the purchase of the plug and bolt might not be satisfactory."

"Really good value awning and good quality however not as easy to install as led to believe. Quite difficult to mark out the horizontal position of the bracket. The guide suggest that the horizontal positions are 'flexible' but in reality there is not much margin for error. Definitely needed 3 people and 3 sets of steps/ladders to put the awning in position."
