"Put average as once it's up it's fine it's just getting it up.We live in a bungalow with an overhang so restricted to the height whilst on a house it doesn't matter if it's a bit high it still work but with a bungalow it's not the case. If the instructions were better with more detail it would have helped, once you drill you've used your rawl plugs !! Now we have adjusted the fitting which was a bit tricky it is great"

"So far I have received a broken plastic plus which the fixing can not be done. Because of that I have spent some times to search for a better and safer as the Anchor bolts M12 × 1000mm lenght to put them up into brick wall. I now wonder if Primrose Awnings could send some replacement for a broken plastic wall plug and wonder to hear how they would deal with the customer who wanted to put up the awning after received it but was not able to do on time because of one of broken plastic wall plus that I have received and I have spent more time and more money to buy a proper set of four Anchor bolts M12 ×1000mm lenght to complete the job for safer."

"le produit est d'un bon rapport qualité pris à deux inconvénients près : 1 -L'emballage était abimé et un des tirefond était manquant que j'ai du remplacer - le diamêtre de percement pour les tirefonds est mal indiqué 2- Le petit indicateur de niveau s'est cassé dès l'ouverture dustore. 3- la notice n'estt pas visible à l'ouverture du carton."

"Love this awning. The cheapest i could find but by no means cheaply constructed. Putting it up was much easier than i imagined and only took me an hour. The winding action is smooth and the whole thing has a quality that belies it's price point. The fabric is waterproof so good for wet weather and it extends out to cover a quite big area of our patio. Very pleased with this and it really adds to the garden."

"Fast delivery but poorly packed as cardboard was all ripped and torn. However, awning seemed OK apart from one of the 12mm nuts missing but fortunately I found a spare one in my toolbox!"

"This awning is excellent value for money. Being a smoker I wanted somewhere outside to sit whatever the weather and didn't want to spend a fortune. It is really good quality, sturdy, easy to wind in and out and only took my husband about 10 minutes to put up. The delivery was unbelievable - I ordered it about 3pm one afternoon and it arrived at 10am the next day! Would definitely recommend both Primrose & this awning to my friends."
