"To be honest, I think there may something wrong with it. It gives out the noise all the time and I was under the impression that it was activated by movement (of the squirrel hopefully). The noise is so irritating that I turn it off when actually sat in the garden. Am I correct that it should only be activated by the movement. Sue Parkin"

"Although the dispatch of your product was excellent, we installed it immediately and having now had it in place for a number of days now it has no deterrent effect on the squirrels we were trying to keep away from our bird feeding stations. In fact the squirrels take no notice at all and we wonder if the unit is even working as there is no visible sign of it being triggered when we are even close enough to watch it ourselves and the squirrels simply scurry through the area that should be covered by the sensor and sit merrily on the bird station chomping away at the bird food. In fact we are on the point of returning the product to you for a refund as being 'not fit for purpose ' I await your comments. Irene Spooner"
