"Re the extra delivery charge, I accepted this at the time as I wanted it delivered then but I had a heavy larger item delivered from UK to Ireland just recently and it was £10 less on delivery so not happy with that part of the service. Everything else was good."

"very disappointed with the delivery service paid the 20£ extra for sat delivery and waited in all day missing half a days work, when i was promised a morning delivery, i am subsequently waiting for my refund ! Received the item on the monday but only after a curt telephone call with a threat to cancel the order, i hasten to add the item was delivered very quickly after."
