"Exactly as described and very easy for one person to handle and install. I used the Reed Screen to plug a gap in the boundary hedge between mine and my neighbour's rear garden. I successfully secured it by wiring it onto 1 inch thick wooden tree stakes placed 18 inches apart. It has provided an aesthetically pleasing solution whilst I wait for some (yet to choose and plant) new hedging to grow."

"The service I recieved from Primrose was excellent and the order was delivered less than 24 hours after ordering it online.However on arrival one of the three rolls of reed screening was missing.I rang up customer services to report the missing roll and was told that the matter would be looked into and I would recieve a phone call to tell me when the missing roll would be delivered .This was done and the third roll arrived about an hour later. It is rare these days to find such good,quick,and friendly service . As the rolls have not been opened yet I cannot review them but I wanted to report the good service from primrose. "

"The delivery was amazingly prompt-- within 20hrs probably. The packaging was damaged though and I was worried it would be well received inreturn of post but I sent it back more securely than receiving it. It cost me £12.50 to return. The actual product was a lot cheaper at a local garden centre, but I chose the Bamboo cane screening, which I thought would be more dense. I landed -up buying the reed from the local garden centre as well and used the two together!! so its cost me a lot more money, but is now more dense and quite pleased with it. ( its a pity that the local Brackmill centre only delivers as I could have saved myself £12.50 by taking it 5miles) --ah well! -some you win and some you loose. I will add that the email staff were very pleasant prompt and professional--I would definately recomend "PRIMROSE" FOR SURE! Thankyou very much. Mrs. Heather D. Evans"
