"Only one set of base plates come with poles. We wanted to be able to use the awning halfway out with poles & fully out but as plates are screwed to the floor can only be used at one length. Tried to buy extra base plates from Primrose but would only sell them with another pair of poles which makes it very expensive. To be able to buy the base plates as extras would surely be a good idea?"
