"I am really disappointed with the herb planter the one end of the wooden slats that is supposed to fit together are cut wrong and I cannot therefore slot them together It has taken over a week to try and arrange to send it back which still has not been sorted and I have been told I cannot have a refund only a replacement on faulty goods which is not very good at all I have also ordered a liner for the herb planter which has still not arrived very disappointed *personal information removed by Feefo*"

"the product is good but I was a little disappointed that it was a lot smaller than I thought even though I knew the dimensions. not sure it's worth nearly £50 though but it does look pretty even if it is a bit drowned out by everything else on my allotment."

"I had a planter and there is no base on the planter to stop the soil escaping. I have tacked some membrane in side but now the divides will not fit. I am going to adjust the membrane, or tack on a base with holes."

"The herb wheel had to be put together and how many times we tried we could not get the inner wooden strutts to fit, out cane the saw for a simple cutting job, once put together though the herb wheel is really fab and exactly what i was looking for and looks great sat in the gravel Does not have a bottom but that was good for me as i was sitting it on soil, would have had 5 stars if it had fit properly"

"Love the herb wheel (even though we are using it as a planter rather than to plant herbs). We have just redesigned our front garden, replacing worn out grass with plum coloured slate and the herb wheel sits center stage filled with shrubs. Lovely!"

"i grow runner beens in my herb wheel. looks really nice with a wigwam-type trellis over it.it was very easy to put together even without instruction that wasnt included anyway.what was dissapointing is the state of the whole package on delivery:box was open and ripped in places, bits was loose in the box,luckily nothing was missing.after all it is a nice feature in my garden!"

"The herb wheel reached me in very good time and very good condition. All the pieces were there and it was easy to make and looks great. My only comment would be that somewhere before it got to me it got wet as I stored it in my house for a couple of weeks before building and when I opened it it was a bit soggy! However it didn't matter and I am thrilled with it - I would definitely use Primrose again and recommend them to friends and family."

"1. The plastic raised bed was fine. I have had one before, somewhat larger, which meant it 'bowed' somewhat, but has proved strong and easy to put together, as is this one. 2. The herb bed seems sturdy and looks good. The one comment is that perhaps if the inner dividers wer slightly round at the outer edge they would fit better and make putting them in easier too. I think the divisions are a bit small - in fact, when I found out how to do it, I am taking one division out. Thanks for prompt service."
