"Received three of these itms - the hour hand was broken on all of them."

"The clock was good but delivery service appallingly bad. About 12 failed attempts at delivery. Although we gave a contact number for directions no one ever called. repeatred messages that no one in the office to sign for the delivery when no one in fact attended. Some delivery times given were for evening deliveries when the office was closed."
