"I followed the instruction diligently, but the controller worked in opposite way - not a big problem. It's either the scheme for the zipper is wrongly described or the controller scheme is mixed up. It's not a big deal, but it should be corrected for other customers."

Pour info appuyer sur le bouton clé du boîtier ,laisser clignoter et appuyer sur le bouton arrêt sur le coter du boîtier la lampe reste verte sans clignoter. ensuite appuyer sur le bouton de la télécommande ouvrir puis fermer . Répéter l'opération pour la deuxième ."

"Fonctionne correctement, mais le couplage des télécommandes avec le récepteur dont la procédure est pourtant extremement simple se fait très difficilement, il faut recommencer plusieur fois pour réussir. D'autre part, dès que l'alimentation du récepteur est coupée, il faut recommencer la procédure de couplage, pas top !!"

"Remote control suddenly stopped working for some reason although the receiver box was obviously functioning when buttons were presses. I had to wind the awning back in. Then an hour later the awning extended by itself with no input. The zapper has worked fine ever since"

"There was a fault with the initial remote receiver which was rectified by a replacement being delivered within 48 hours. More importantly this was managed through a simple email request which received a telephone response within a matter of hours from, what I assume to be an engineer, who identified through simple language the problem and arranged an advanced replacement."
