"There would have been 5 stars but the awning is creased at each end, there is a small hole in it as well. I also understand the metal fitting in the middle of the outside bar is slightly warped."

"The awning itself is very good. The problem I had was that the instructions said use a 14mm drill for fastening bolts but they are only 12mm and fell out. I had to purchase 16mm fastening bolts and drill bit to fasten the awning securely. The instructions should be updated or 14mm fastening bolts supplied."

"Easy to fit and seems to work very well. Only went up yesterday so no time to evaluate operation, in bad weather especially. Very pleased so far though! Good quality and excellent delivery time and additional delivery cost for N.Ireland was very reasonable. Customer service excellent too. Pleased all round and a nice change in this day and age, as so many companies are rubbish! Some don't deserve to be in business and companies like this should be praised. DN Kelly"
