"The feature works well and comes up to expectations. It took some time to assemble and the instructions provided were unclear. They should be rewritten with clearer step by step illustrations. The electrical safety of the mains voltage submersible pump is a concern, Could this become unsafe if the water seals deteriorate over time? Can't find anything to confirm that the installation conforms to mandatory standards."

"Very pleased - looks great in the garden. However, disappointed that we had to drill holes in the triangular base of the tubes and into the reservoir lid as there were no predrilled holes to align to enable you to fix it all together. Considering the price of the water feature we feel that this is something that could be improved"

"I might say excellent in due course. Have only dosed it once without problems. I wish the website had suggested I should buy it at the same time as I purchased the fountain or else included a leaflet about it with the purchase. Instead I have had to clean it out twice before discovering the product which so far is working."
