"Order Ref: PR-727151 Internet Ref: 630408 I'd waited 2 seasons to get the sail I wanted (last year you had then for about 1 month!). But your guys were great on the phone, very helpful and the sail came quickly. Only 2 quibbles: 1. On my delivery notes, I clearly said if no-one in, to phone mobile or leave in the side shed (which I'd left unlocked). But when my wife got home from work, she found it right outside our front door visible from the pavement. Luckily no-one nicked it! 2. I asked for 2X Stainless Steel Wooden Eyebolt screws, but received 2 bolts. It's a bit unclear on your website which is which. So I haven't put it up yet. I'll try getting something similar from B&Q. Having said all that, there's only one other supplier I could find. Some slightly dodgy bloke in Manchester. So thanks for stocking them, I'll let you know how it is once the sun comes back out and I put it up! Regards Chris walker chris.walker@draftfcb.com "

"Hi there i bought these to fit the sun shade i bought from you a few weeks ago. The fittings are great..but the sun shade is problematic. Although the size I bought is perfect for the space, but unfortunately you need a lot more space than the size of the shade, in order for the correct amount of tension to be created to make this taught enough to do its job, about 1.5 ft extra .. which I don' t have . As a result the sun shade had a slight movement in the middle ..which the smallest amount of rain has cuased to stretch, making the problem worse."

"Quality very good. Unable to get really tight tension on this sail,so every time it rained it had to be taken down or water would build up and put extreme tension on the posts and sail, it either needs a central post or a hole in the middle to let the water out, what a shame!! Can you please advise?"

"S/s turnbuckles and snap connectors are of excellent quality. The pad eye also looks to be of high quality, however does not seem big / strong enough for the job, so replaced it with a much larger and stronger one from a local DIY store. Fast service from Primrose"

"I'm sure the item would be great - if it had been delivered to us and not someone at the other end of the county. First delivery cancelled due to customs delay - annoying but understandable. We cancelled the man booked in to put the sails up and re-booked him in for the weekend following the new delivery date. The delivery day came and went (wednesday) - had stayed in all day and no delivery. Very annoyed and then had a phone call from a lovely lady at the other end of the country who had returned from work to find our items on her driveway! Called Primrose and didn't get much help from them about re-delivering it the next day. Had to cancel the man who was going to instal the sails AGAIN. We got given so many answers on Thursday about delivery - it was coming on Saturday, then it wasn't until Tuesday,then it wasn't until mid june (!!) and then a promise it would all be here by Saturday at 10am. Surprise surprise it didn't turn up. Am really really annoyed. Terrible customer service - no-one dealt with it properly and promptly and we still have no resolution. "

"We think that the shade can be adequately tensioned without the turnbuckle, however given the option two turnbuckles provides that extra security. The snap hooks make attaching the sail shade more convenient without the need to use chord at one end, while the other end can be tension adjusted with the turnbuckle chorded to the fixed pole. Anyway, two turn buckles one at each corner has been the best arrangement after all."
