"L' aspirateur de bassin fonctionne très bien.Pour relier le tuyau d'alimentation en eau à la base de l'aspirateur.Surtout ne pas rajouter de vannes ou robinet pour fermer l' arrivée d'eau, car cela fait baisser la pression et le fonctionnement de l'appareil s'en trouve altéré. Par ailleurs est fourni avec l'appareil deux demies sphères ajourées en plastique vert qui semblent s’emboîter en principe sur la partie supérieure de l'appareil là ou le sac vient s’enficher. Je n'ai trouver aucune explication concernant la fonction et l'emplacement de ces deux pièces. Merci de m'éclairer si possible là dessus et de me dire comment commander des sacs de remplacement. "I find this does a good job .the bag does tend to come off if you fill it too full though. The only other thing I find wrong with it is the handle could do with being a little longer."

"We have used the pond vac on several occasions but do not find it does the job at all. It does not clean the sides or the bottom at all effectively. Unfortunately the pond vac does not do the job we wanted it to do. Perhaps if the bag was of a finer mesh it would be more effective."

"Item arrived the next working day. The Pond Vac is simple to assemble and use.To avoid loss of too much water I left the bag in a position which allowed the water to drain back into the pond. The fine mesh of the bag retaining the mud. It helps to order a spare bag so that one can be used whilst the other drains."

"Not sure! maybe I'm not using it correctly but I follow the instructions. I connect it as advised, but when I finish scrubbing the pond sides there is no debris in the 'net'. Maybe I am doing something wrong, please advise - obviously I have to submerse the equipment in order to get to the sides further down. regards"

"It takes a very long time to fill the bag. We have only tried it once but we gave up after half an hour. It's going to be a very time consuming task to clean the bottom of the pond."

"The pond sludge cleaner performed poorly, even though there was plenty of water pressure. The muslin bag could do with a velcron strip down the entire legth to enable easy cleaning out of the sludge.(though I extracted more sludge from the bottom of my pond with my net!)"

"Only tried the Pond Vac briefly and seemed to pick up dirt etc from bottom of pond but not all. Problm is pond fairly full so couldn't use it for too long. Not had chance to use properly since, but overall I think it does as expected for the price."

"Thank you for your enquiry. I have not been able to use the pond vac. I had to drain the pond and remove some two barrow loads of silt/debris which has accumulated over the past 10 years. Maybe I will use the pond vac next year when there will be less muck at the bottom of the pond."

"This item does not really work, I have excellent water pressure so that wasn't the problem, the attachment is so short I fail to see how it could be any use unless you have a very small (and shallow) pond. Even if you had a suitably small pond after having the attachment on the same spot for several minutes it made very little difference and what difference it did make was due more to the plastic it is made out of scraping the side than the actual pump working. The images you see on the advert show the collecting bag full of silt and pond waste, I fail to see how this can be a true representation as mine hardly picked up anything at all! Poor, very, very poor!"

"It hasn't worked as well as we had hoped. Is it effected by water pressure? We only managed to get a very small amount of debris out of the pond. The water is still very cloudy so haven't used the barley flakes yet. In previous years the pond has always been crystal clear this year is the first year it has been cloudy and difficult to see the fish. We have tried a few different methods and none have worked so far. "

"The delivery was prompt and it works pefectly. Just one observation it says in the instructions it will function better if you keep themuslin filter bag above the water!! This is impossible unless your fish pond is less than one foot in depth, so its a bit confusing when reading them. Apart from that its great piece of equipment easy to use no electric needed just a decent water pressure. Mick."

"From the ease of ordering to the next day delivery the whole process was effortless. As regards to the Pond Vac I tried it Sunday 1st August, first opprotunity, and was amazed how easy it was to assemble and use. My pond is not very large but it easily removed the black floating bits that were making the pond look unsitely. I also cleaned out the Bio filter. By Monday the pond looked like I had just filled it with fresh water. I would recommend this product to anyone."

"The directions were not clear on how to attach the hose. We finally got it to work although our hose wasn't long enough to reach over the other side of the pond we did get some rubbish in the bag. it does use a lot of water and we will have to wait until the water goes down in the pond before we try it again with a longer hose."
