"The product arrived within a day the battery was corrroded . The battery compartment was jammed . I managed to get it started and my dog started to take notice when the sound was on but didn't flinch to the ultrasound although the light was coming on. The corrosion battery lasted merely 2 days and was only switched on for very short periods. I would very much appreciate a refund. Thank you"

"I have used this collar several times on my toy poodle who tends to bark at the slightest thing. I tested it to ensure it was working. Put it on the dog but dog barked regardless when it is on. Doesn't work to halt him barking."

"The collars were flimsy and one fell off and was broken on the first day. One of the other collars stopped working on day two. At no time did the noise emiting from the collars cause any interruption to my dogs' barking. Also, the collars were bleeping at any vibration, so every time the dogs moved the collar emitted a bleeping noise. Therefore the dogs did not associate the noise with barking. All in all a big waste of money."

"The controls were too fiddly so we were not sure what the setting was. as the collar is sensitive to movement it has to be positioned exactly. Our dog jumps around and soon dislodged it so it was set off by any movements rather than barking. We are now trying a collar that responds to noise - but not very optimistic of success."

"You read all about these incredible devices to help cure your dog from barking (and in my case her howling) and think they cannot possibly work. Well, I have to say - your collar worked instantly. All the money and time I have spent trying to stop her doing it, not only stressing my dog, but myself as well, and all I had to do was buy your collar. It has not stressed / caused pain / annoyed my dog at all and now I can go out knowing that my neighbour will not be plagued by my dog howling and barking the whilst I am out. I have only used it for one week as suggested, and already I can put the collar on her (without turning it on) knowing that she will remain calm and quiet whilst I am out. Absolutely marvellous. "We have used this item on our dog since recieving it. we switch it on when in the car as she barks with excitement on a trip for her walks. It works fairly well. It has only been switched on for about four houres in total use and now the batteries seem to be flat as the on/off key has no effect. I need to get new batteries for it but am reluctant to spend if they only last about four hours in use."

"Hi there, The collar had spectacular results the first time my lab barked whilst wearing it, he almost choked in shock and went very quiet. After a while it didn't seem to have the same effect, we heard no alert beep when he started barking and it seemed to pick up any noise and go off randomly. I felt the threat of having to wear it was greater than the actual noise after three days. I was going to send it back this week, but the youngest lab got a hold of it from Jacks neck when we weren't looking and chewed the strap and put a few dents in the plastic box - it no longer works anyway... "

"Having previously tried an anti-bark device (one of those that squirts citronella) which didnt work - my dog realised if she barked continuously she could empty the container so I thought lets try this one which is battery operated i.e. not emptied so quickly and a fraction of the cost. Put it on my dog - worked a treat for a couple of days - then unfortunately my beautiful intelligent welsh border collie seemed to develop a liking for the ultra sonic noise so barking continues!"

"has improved things a bit but as we have 2 dogs we only put the collars on when they are supervised in our back garden (where the problem barking occurs!) if they are not supervised they chew the unit of each others collars! That is no reflection on how well the product works as i am sure if we were able to leave the collars on them constantly the problem would improve even more. Like i said there has been improvement even though they do not wear the collars constantly. The product arrived on time with no problems and i feel it was good value for money."

"The unit was compact, well designed and an improvement to a previously purchased inferior black box. The instructions were well written, and clearly understood. The led that indicates the unit activation however, was on constantly, therefore I was confused as to whether it was actually working, as no audiable tone was heard. My dog (King Charles Spaniel) has not yet learnt to stop barking as yet, but I remain hopeful."

"I bought the anti bark collar as I have 2 Jack Russells which at times seems to bark at nothing. Trying to quiet them a little I thought I would try this collar, so far it is working. I alternate between the dogs when one starts barking on goes the collar and it also helps to keep the other dog quiet. So far so good. I would recommend this item. Good value for the money! "Dear Sebastian Many thanks for your email - I was very impressed with the communication and speed of delivery that I received. However I'm afraid that the Anti-Bark Collar has not proved to be as reliable as the service you provide. I'm afraid it has stopped working i.e. I need to check the batteries but it seems that after a week of use it no longer works. It also seems to work better with some dogs than others. When it was working it worked on one of my dachshunds but the other one did not seem to respond. (this I guess is down to the dogs sensitivity and not the product). As I have said your customer service was excellent but I'm not convinced the product is as good as it says on the box. I hope this helps kind regards Angelika"

"Had high hopes for this product. When I first put it on he stood and listened for a second or two wondering where the noise was coming from then after that he got used to it and just barked over it. The collar also activated when he wasn't barking although I ensured that I had it positioned properly. Have persisted with the collar but it hasn't stopped him at all. "Hi The following is offered in response to your request for feedback. Two Anti Bark Dog collors were purchased. The advert on line was good. The price appeared OK. Delivery was made as stated within 24 hours. Packaging was OK. However on opening the packages i was dismayed to discover that only one of the items was supplied with batteries. The batteries provided with the other were found not to work - there was no charge/power. This meant that I had to delay utilising the the items untill i had visited a shop the following day in order to purchase another set of batteries. Having now tried the items on 4 dogs and followed the guidelines on the instruction leaflet provided I am dissappointed to have discovered that the product does not do what it says on the box. A total failure. In short, a totally dissapointing experience which has done nothing to encourage me procure further items on-line in future. Regards"

I had expected a louder more piercing noise but it emits a very quiet beep that Rocky completely ignored from the first time he heard it, in fact I hardly heard it let alone him. "Thankyou for the quick despatch of the item i ordered,I was very pleased with fast delivery. Unfortunately where the barking collar might work for other peoples dogs it is having no effect on my little horror who proceeds to bark even more over the high pitched tone of the collar!!! I will persevere a bit longer with using it but dont think it is going to have any effect on her unfortunately, but thanks again and im sure it will help a lot of other yapping dogs ou there. kind regards karyn.."

"my dog is quite small so he finds it uncomfortable and the constant beep whenever he moves is very distracting for him. It doesn't appear to have any affect on his barking"

"This score is not a criticism of the product. My dog is a 9 year old Jack Russell Terrier and I have been her owner for just 5 weeks. I think she is just too old to re-train, and wearing the collar makes absolutely no difference to her barking! She continues to bark when people approached us out walking, whenever someone comes into my home, and when she sees children. I think if she had been just 1 or 2 years old, the collar would have made a difference to her behaviour, but for her, it is just not working."

"This product was just for a trial really, as it was so inexpensive we didn't hold out much hope, but actualy it has worked really well. We are really pleased, it has made such a difference, it arrived really quickly too, and the company is really easy to deal with wich makes such a change. Well done Primrose. "this collar was not as effective as expected it gave the dog a slight distraction but not enough to stop him from barking, it also sets off when he scratches himself or shakes himself when its supposed to only go off at the vibration of the dog barking. i feel i have wasted my money buying this item and unfortunatly will not be recomending to other dog owners."

"I regret to inform you these collars are rubbish im very disappointed.I would advise you to drop them from your catalogue as they will damage your reputation.When I have time I will be sending them back and looking for alternative.They are working even when dogs are just panting and adjustment button does nothing.It is not educating my dogs not to bark and has done more harm than good.If we were in America I could sue you and probably win.Look forward to your reply.I am being honest not just moaning I am sure you will appreciate it as obviously your business is important to you,regards Simon."
