"Basically a nice product but if prone to rusting in such a short ti not really fit for purpose."

"This item fell over and broke, I contacted you and you just said it was not a manufacturing fault so it's just gone in the rubbish bin and I'm down now by the money that I paid for it. Not impressed at all, and a very abrupt reply on the phone"
