"Je ne vais pas critiquer la marchandise, comme vous dites c'est en fonte et la fonte c'est fragile et elle n'accepte pas des chocs, heureusement je suis bien outillé, et resoudé les 2 grilles qui étaient désoudées, en plus j'ai dut peinturer tout le bain d'oiseau.....Vous m'avez demandé mon avis et bien je vous le donne, Mes Salutations"

"The birdbath was smaller than I expected both in terms of overall height and width of bowl. However I was pleased with the shallowish of it as I didnt want a deepish bowl to put off the small birds such as robins and bluetits. It has its pride of place in the middle of my lawn."

"Really nice exactly what we were looking for - as a gift had a few imperfections under the leaf bowl, but my husband said adds to it ..... nice and heavy about average size for a bird bath - there were smaller ones"

"The items I have bought from you recently were christmas presents. Although I requested delivery on particular dates, this was not done. There seems to be difficulty in delivering an item to one address and billing to another! I tried via ther website and by telephone but it didn't make any difference - it was still delivered too early. Whilst I like the items you sell, I would consider buying elsewhere if this cannot be sorted out. "

"Customer service and delivery both good. The original bird bath was damaged in transit and a replacement was sent out that day. The replacement bird bath was as advertised and easy to assemble - so very pleased."
