"I did send you an email the day the mirror was deliverd.I was not in and the man just left it propped up against my front door.As we are open plan gardens any one could of pinched it.The man could of left it with one of my neighbours.The mirror is very good and we purchased a smaller one last year."

"Very impressed with the fast, efficient delivery service. Love the Gothic Garden Mirror, the frame looks great however, just one thing, the perspex mirror was quite scratched at one side near the bottom. Didn't think it worth sending back, so stuck tape on back to make scratches less noticeable! It looks fab in our garden, like it's been there forever!"

"Delivery of the large Gothic Mirror was very prompt. Unfortunately it was very damaged. Collection and redelivery was prompt. This second mirror was damaged in the same place. I am awaiting your reply to my e-mailed photo of the damage. I am not sure I would want another replacement, but I have been for looking for this mirror for some time. I am surprised at the lack of packing in the box. S. White "
