"Die Qualität der Verschraubung des Holzrahmens ist nicht o.k.; ich habe selbst zusätzliche Schrauben einbringen müssen. Die aufgeklebten, perspektivischen Lienen sind zum Teil falsch zusammengefügt. Der Spiegel wölbt sich stark."

"Bought 2 mirrors & ordered another which did not arrive, discovered it was out of stock. I think I should have been made aware of this when order was placed. I waited in for days for it. Still wondering if you will advise when it is dispatched so I know to expect it."
