"Good design generally and easy to set up, but unfortunately since we've installed the traps the mouse/ mice was never to be seen again, so wasn't able to test the efficiency of the traps properly. Will keep them for future use if need be."

"A problem arose,not from the product, but the ordering process. On selecting pay by American Express, I was transfered to the Pay Pal site. due to my experience in the past with their dubious dealings with me (it took American Express to repay my money), I cancelled and had to payby an alternative and less reliable credit card. Although the site confirmed that the Pay Pal order had been cancelled, I still received two pairs of the humane mouse trap. This is not an acceptable method of extracting double the money from customers. I would advise your customers to ensure that they do not inadvertently order by Pay Pal, otherwise, like me, they may well be charged twice! Derek W Wright Chartered MCIPD."

"In principle, the traps are just what I was looking for, humane, yet (so far only in principle) effective. However, either our mice are far too clever to fall victim, or their customary routine has not been sufficiently disturbed to cause them to try something new. Both traps are manned and set in different places, and we look forward to seeing a tail hanging out of a closed trap."

"WE HAVE NOT CATCH ANY MICES YET WHICH IS FUSTRATING. BUT I BELIEVE SOMETIME SOON WE WILL CATCH THESE NASTY LITTLE BUGGERS. I CAN NOT COMPLAIN AT ALL ABOUT THE TRAP SET. I BELIVE IT WILL DO ITS JOB WELL ENOUGH. WE WILL LET YOU KNOW VERY SOON WHEN THE PREY IS CAUGHT. THANK YOU. YOU GUYS ARE GREAT."
