"The trademan who tried to put this up for us said there were insufficient brackets for the job and they should have supplied raw bolts not paw plugs . He advised us to get three plats made up with six bolts going into the wall and one protruding to carry the brackets we have just ordered them at a cost of 110 pounds plus vat we feel that there is a safety issue here and would like you to look at this"
